Odd Nights at the Autry
The Autry Museum in Griffith Park

This family-friendly event at Griffith park stretches over 2 acres, features 22 food trucks, drinks, live music, flea market shopping, and kids play area. This is a great way to spend a Friday night! The 200+ vendors include everything from handmade jewelry, antique, clothing, and home goods. The musical lineup this week features Greg in Good Company, Drunken Logic, and Midway. The event starts at 6 and goes until 11pm. Pets are welcome too!

Can’t make it this week? The event takes place the 3rd Friday of the month through October.

Admission is $5 and kids 12 and under are free! Parking is free at the LA Zoo and Autry Museum.

Hollyshorts Film Festival
TCL Chinese 6 Theatres , Hollywood

This Saturday is your last chance to check out this week and a half festival consisting of networking, Q&As with filmmakers and viewings of films from around the globe. The festival is in its 14th year and promises to deliver for any film buff. Saturday’s lineup offers over 20 short films to choose from and don’t miss out on the closing night awards and after party starting at 8pm.

Tickets start at $20 and can be purchased at the link below. Parking is available at the Hollywood & Hyland parking structure as well as other local lots in the surrounding neighborhood.

California Hot Sauce Expo
City National Grove of Anaheim

This year is the 4th annual expo and features over 40 hot sauces to sample, eating challenges, and other spicy delights. In addition, there will be craft beers, cocktails & lots of food options from BBQ to vegan. Live entertainment, including professional wrestling, will also be served up on the appropriately name “Stage of Doom.”

Tickets range from $10 for general admission to $75 for a VIP experience.
