We, at the Chernov Team, are based out of Studio City in the San Fernando Valley. Studio City is a truly great area within the Valley, and here is why we, as well as many other people, love it so much.
Studio City is located in the center of the Los Angeles County. The simple fact that so many celebrities choose to live here, of all places, shows that it is a truly great place to be. The area is within minutes of all of L.A.’s most iconic landmarks. A quick visit to Universal Studios or the Hollywood Hills is no problem for Studio City residents. The Santa Monica Mountains extend all the way to the area, cementing its status as the center of everything Los Angeles has to offer.

The population sits at about 35,000, making it small when compared to other neighborhoods in L.A. The people that live here are nice, hard-working people.
