DENNIS CHERNOV RECEIVES THE AGENCY’S CHAIRMAN AWARD
2022 was a landmark year at The Agency. Amidst an evolving marketplace, the brokerage excelled, achieving $57.4 billion in global sales volume and $12.4 billion in sales over the course of the year—up $1 billion from 2021. The average sales price across the company was a strong $1.6 million, and each agent closed $9.4 million in sales on average. Plus, The Agency grew strategically throughout the year, and now encompasses more than 70 offices in eight countries and a global team of more than 1,500 agents. In the annual Chairman Awards, The Agency recognizes the top 5% of agents within the company, and we’re thrilled to announce our very own Dennis Chernov has received this designation.
