Dennis was the best realtor that I have worked with. His service is impeccable. He has a team of people that will help to prepare the house for sale, get it staged and take photos/video. He is patient, level headed and solution oriented. With his help, my house got sold in less than a week at the listed price. I don’t think it could get better than that. After sale, he also helped to deal with the issue with the sellers.
